- Property information — properties you add and details you choose to store.
- Documents and emails — files you upload or forward, such as invoices, statements, or notices.
- Extracted details — dates, amounts, and categories we identify from your documents to help organise your records.
- Usage information — basic, anonymous usage data to help us improve the product. We do not run ads or track you across websites.
How we use your information
- To operate the service — signing you in, showing your dashboard, and storing your data securely.
- To organise your records — extracting information from documents so you don’t have to do it manually.
- To support you — responding to questions, fixing issues, and improving reliability.
- To meet legal requirements — where required by law or to prevent misuse.
When we share your data
We do not sell your data. Your information is never shared with advertisers.
We only share data with trusted technology partners who help us run IntenProp securely (for example, hosting, storage, email delivery, and document processing). These partners:
- process data only on our instructions,
- cannot use your data for their own purposes,
- are required to maintain strong security controls.
Your control and data retention
- You can view and delete your data and files inside the app at any time.
- We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain it for legal or security reasons.
- Encrypted backups may exist briefly before being permanently removed.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and make the app work properly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
