These terms explain how IntenProp works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Using IntenProp

  • You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and use IntenProp in line with applicable laws.
  • You’re responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
  • IntenProp is intended for managing your own property-related records, not for unlawful or abusive activity.

Your data and content

You retain ownership of all files, emails, and data you upload or forward to IntenProp. By using the service, you give us permission to process that content solely to provide the product — for example, storing files, extracting information, and showing summaries in your dashboard.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. How we handle and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload illegal content or use IntenProp for unlawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users.
  • Do not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service.

Accuracy and review

IntenProp uses automation and AI to extract information from documents. While we aim for high accuracy, the information shown may not always be correct. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming records before relying on them for accounting, tax, or reporting purposes.

Availability and changes

  • We work to keep IntenProp available and reliable, but it’s provided on an “as available” basis.
  • We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service over time. If changes are significant, we’ll provide reasonable notice where practical.

Ending your use

You can stop using IntenProp at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required for security or legal reasons. Details about data handling after account closure are explained in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IntenProp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under law.
