Your property and financial data deserves strong protection. Security is built into how IntenProp is designed and operated.

Our security principles
- Data minimisation — we only collect and store what’s needed to provide the service.
- Restricted access — access to data is tightly controlled and limited to authorised systems.
- Encryption — your data is encrypted when it’s sent and while it’s stored.
- Transparency — we explain clearly how your data is handled (see our Privacy Policy).
Platform security
- All connections to IntenProp use secure, encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Your files and records are stored securely and are not publicly accessible.
- Documents you upload or forward are processed automatically and are not manually reviewed unless required for support or troubleshooting.
- We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure with built-in security, redundancy, and monitoring.
Account and access controls
- Sign-in is passwordless, using secure email links. This reduces the risk of password reuse or theft.
- Each user can only access their own data. There is no shared or public access to private records.
- Access sessions expire automatically and can be revoked by signing out.
- Sensitive credentials and system keys are stored securely and are never embedded in application code.
Operational security
- Encrypted backups are maintained for disaster recovery and removed after a limited retention period.
- We actively monitor the platform for errors, failures, and unusual activity.
- Security updates and improvements are applied regularly as part of ongoing maintenance.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you’ve discovered a security issue, please email security@intenprop.com. We take reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Please avoid public disclosure until we’ve had a chance to address the issue.
